Clarity.

Assessments. We start with a variety of assessments. From the first consult to the intake we will gather data to determine where you are and clearly identify the problems we will work on.

Structure.

Treatment Plan. You get a personalized treatment plan with evidenced based interventions that will get you to your treatment goals. You will gain a deeper understanding of what is happening and how we will address it.

Tools.

Interventions. We will use a variety of therapy techniques such as CBT, EMDR, ERP and CPT. You will get tools to use both in and out of sessions. This will enable you to handle all of life’s ups and downs in a healthy way, even when your therapist is not with you.

Progress Monitoring.

Evaluations. Every week we will assess if what we are doing is working or not. We will gather various forms of data. If there is no progress we can switch our approach to one that is effective for you.
